Interactive Medica presents international case study on meeting changing pharma needs at the 5th Global Pharma SFE Forum

Sales and marketing teams within pharmaceutical organisations face unprecedented challenges – targeting changing, more complex buying groups in an increasingly competitive market while still delivering efficiencies and driving Sales Force Effectiveness. What is now needed is a collaborative, flexible technology environment that can be tailored to meet individual company needs.

At the Global SFE Forum Jonathan Carney, Commercial and Operations Director, Interactive Medica will be presenting a case study looking at how a major pharmaceutical company has successfully improved its sales process by adopting a collaborative Key Account Management selling using web based technology.

The SaaS-based solution is helping the company to improve its sales process by arming staff with the information that they need to do their job, regardless of their location. Accessed by PC and smartphone, the system matches and supports existing business processes, allowing the pharmaceutical company to embrace change across its business.

Jonathan will present the case study at 11.30 on Thursday 25 February.

Interactive Medica will be exhibiting at the show.
