- Scottsdale, AZ, June 25, 2005 - 23 year old full time student and employee Elizabeth Perez, a native of Arizona and the current reigning Miss Desert Southwest dreams of competing at the national pageant level during the Fourth of July Miss Latina USA pageant.
Elizabeth will travel to Texas for a week long stay with her mom Anna to compete through multiple levels of pageantry in categories such as interview, talent, evening gown and swimwear.
There is a significant cost incurred with the travel and preparation for the pageant and it"s the reason why the SPA sampling party has been organized.
Goveias salon at 7156 E. Thomas Rd in Scottsdale will host the 3 hour event from 6-9 pm on Monday evening. Services provided to sample are hair styles or cuts for men, manicures, facials, massages and makeup application.
All appointments are 15 minutes in length, are free of charge, though please tip your service provider and when your spa pampering sample sesion is finished, orders are being taken for spa products and 25% of the total is given directly to Elizabeth.
Door prizes and giveaways are part of the event. This is a great way to give back to the community, to make a young girl"s dream come true, to pamper yourself while saving money and increasing your health with relaxing treatments and products.
