A New Article is in the Works Titled "The Entropic Repercussion of Water-Dielectric Breakdown"

- BAYSIDE, NY, January 10, 2007 - A new article is being constructed, and will be completed in a timely fashion. It is predicted that the article will be completed by the end of January 2007. Upon completion of the article, it will be subsequently submitted to an yet to be identified APS journal. It must be determined which journal publication is best suited for the subject matter of the article.
