- EMPIRE VALE, NSW, AUSTRALIA, January 13, 2007 - In to-days world I am so amazed that the level of poverty, credit card debt, family financial crisis and an inability to barely survive pay check to pay check is greater than at any other time in history. Take these financial problems and add to the health problems that face the entire world, such as obesity, heart disease, fatigue, increased suicide rates and cancer, it really looks like instead of creating a world of happiness we have created a world of increasing sadness.

Why is this happening when we live in a time of abundant wealth and prosperity?

As individuals it is our responsibility to support our nations by having personal financial prosperity. This philosophy has been around since nearly to beginning of time, but somehow we have got off track.

How sad is it that currently the wealth statistics report that for every 100 people by age 65, 71 will be broke, 25 will be dead and of the remainder 3 will be comfortable with their wealth and 1 will be very wealthy. The statistics also report that of those in the broke category at least 20 will be living below the poverty line.

These statistics can be turned around relatively easy and in a short period of time, but one thing is certain that if anyone wants "things to change, then the person must change".
