Restaurants Turn Up the Heat with Special Valentine"s Day Menus


- CHICAGO, IL, January 26, 2007 - AIGRE DOUX (230 W. Kinzie, Chicago, IL; 312-329-9400) Lovers looking to sample the fare at Chicago"s hot, new restaurant can look forward to a decadent three-course meal featuring a choice of Butternut Squash Veloute and Morel Mushroom Ragout or Nantucket Bay Scallop, Red Oak, Herb Vinaigrette and Candied Walnuts followed by Prime Rib with Mustard Spaetzel and Haricot Verts or a Butter Roasted Lobster with Castaluccio Lentils and Lemon Confit.
