Pentahotel Gets Ready to Rock
Hotel celebrates the Reading Festival’s 20th Anniversary with their very own Reading ‘Rocktail’
20 AUGUST, 2008 – There’s been a philanthropic cocktail, a break-the-bank cocktail and now pentahotel introduces the ‘rocktail’.
To celebrate this weekend’s Reading Festival, the newly branded pentahotel has launched the Stairway to Heaven, named after one of the most iconic rock songs of all time. Designed by celebrity mixologist Giles Looker, who is responsible for the cocktail menus at London nightclubs Mahiki, Whiskey Mist and Quo Vadis, he has served music royalty like Jon Bon Jovi, Motorhead, Kylie Minogue and the Foo Fighters.
Penta’s Stairway to Heaven is made up of crushed fresh strawberries slammed together with pink grapefruit juice, vodka and rose wine. The ultimate backstage pass to summer.
