Prepaid Mobile operator, Hits Mobile, advances using DIGITALK

Innovative service provider, Hits Mobile, has deployed the DIGITALK Multiservice Platform to launch new competitive services in Spain.
After only seven months of operation Hits Mobile is positioned as the leading best-value mobile services for foreign residents in the Spanish market, with tariff plans that are lower than Spain’s traditional mobile operators.
The installation of the DIGITALK Multiservice platform initially introduces account based services, using the DIGITALK Prepaid Residential application, to extend their market reach and deliver complementary products across the customer base.
The move away from the existing solution was prompted by the lack of ability to evolve the service offerings. The limitations were overcome by introducing the Multiservice Platform architecture which enabled the range of feature-rich service-ready applications and scalability needed for aggressive future growth. The DIGITALK Multiservice Platform was favoured over other solutions.
